Mr Rafał Mania has a university degree. He holds a BSc degree from Royal Holloway, University of London. He is also a graduate of the IESE Business School in Barcelona, where he completed a postgraduate Master of Business Administration (MBA) course. He has attended numerous short and long courses in finance and investments and has participated in cross-border projects and student exchanges at, for example, Kellogg School of Management, the US, and ESSEC Business School, France.

He has worked both in Poland and abroad.

Mr Michał Mania is not named in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, which is maintained under the Polish National Court Register Act.
